LOGLINE

Fourteen-year-old hyun-ji escapes from his first school trip to go to his long-loved indie band 'frog's first concert.

SYNOPSIS

Fourteen-year-old Hyun-ji is confused.

Hyun-ji, who likes an indie band called Frog, refuses to open herself because of transferring schools so frequently. The only thing that opens her heart is the band's fan cafe, "Frog Land". For Hyun-ji, Frog Land is the only space where she can abandon her indrawn and timid appearance and reveal herself.

One day, Hyun-ji is excited to hear about the first solo concert of Frog until she realises that the concert date coincides with the school trip. On a school trip, where strange things have never been stranger, Hyun-ji tries to defy the world and escape for the first time in her life. Will she be able to meet the world of Frog Land?

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

I like people who shine, such as actors, pop singers, and indie band members. So, I hoped the actions from desiring them would make me love myself.

The feeling of liking someone is pure. So, sometimes, it makes me different.

When I'm doing what I like, I feel like the best person in the world at that moment, but when I get out of it, I feel a relative deprivation. But I want to tell you that you are the same person when you do what you like and when you don't. You're the person who always shines and deserves to be loved.
