Business Meetings

JEONJU Project organizes business meetings between selected projects and film industry professionals. We aim to provide practical assistance for projects in pre-production, production, funding, distribution, and international sales through our programs and business meetings.
Film industry professionals, including film financiers, investors, representatives of production companies, sales agents, and film festival delegates, will have the opportunity to schedule meetings with selected projects and filmmakers to explore potential collaborations. Business meetings can be scheduled through online pre-registration. Additionally, accredited guests can schedule meetings at the industry service desk located at the on-site venue.

How to Apply a. Please register your INDUSTRY badge.
b. At the JEONJU Project website, select Details tab to open Business Meetings webpage. Enter your name and email address registered with your INDUSTRY badge.
c. Please select the project and time for your preferred business meeting.
d. We will finalize the schedule and send an email.
Reminder a. The application process operates on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, certain projects may close early.
b. Please fill out your application carefully, as it cannot be edited once submitted.
c. We review the applications for business meetings and send the finalized schedules via email.
* Please note that while we endeavor to accommodate all requests, not all of them may be reflected in the final timetable.
